A quality is a particular aspect of your personality.

They are particular aspects of your make up and can be useful in employment situations.

Employers can seek out certain qualities in their staff.

 

 

1.I find it easy to express myself. I can get my point across. I am good at explaining things.
2.I am slow to give up. I bounce back from setbacks. I have grit and determination.
3.I feel another person’s pain and can be with them. I can understand what is happening to them and support them.
4.I can be creative in making something, interpreting something or finding a new solution. I can think laterally or outside the box.
5.I have the ability to understand something immediately without the need for conscious reasoning.
6.I have an intense desire or passion for something.
7.I take notice of what someone says and respond in the right way.
8.I am good at persuading someone to do or believe something through reasoning or the use of temptation.
